  • Billing information. Subscription, transaction, and billing status information. Payment card details are processed by our payment service providers and are not stored directly by PDF Gen Pro.

2. How We Use Information

  • authenticate users and secure accounts, API keys, and integrations;

5. Documents and Customer Content

We process uploaded files, templates, and generated documents to provide document conversion and PDF generation features. You retain ownership of your content. PDF Gen Pro uses customer content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Services, or as otherwise directed by you or permitted by law. Do not submit sensitive information unless you have determined that the Services are appropriate for it.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, understand usage, and measure the effectiveness of the Services.
