This PDF Gen Pro API Service Agreement (the "Agreement") applies exclusively to the PDF Gen Pro API Services. It shall be used in conjunction with PDF Gen Pro General Terms of Service and PDF Gen Pro Software Privacy Policy. This Agreement may also apply in combination with other PDF Gen Pro agreements as specified on relevant product pages. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and other applicable agreements within the scope of the PDF Gen Pro API Services, this Agreement shall prevail.
Please read this Agreement carefully and ensure that you fully understand each provision, including those that disclaim or limit PDF Gen Pro's liability and those that impose restrictions on your rights. You may choose to accept or decline the terms of this Agreement; however, unless you accept all terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the PDF Gen Pro API Services or any of their features. By checking "Agree," or by registering for, logging in to, activating, or otherwise using any aspect of the PDF Gen Pro API Services, you indicate your full acceptance of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
